Greg graduated from Southern Connecticut State University (SCSU) with a degree in exercise science and a primary focus in athletic training. Before becoming involved with The Egoscue Method, Greg was on a path to become a certified athletic trainer. But in October 2003, he began working with The Egoscue Method and found everything about it exciting, effective, and logical. His clientele includes young (6 months) and old (95 years old), working professionals, stay-at-home moms, professional athletes (NFL, MLB, NBA, PGA, ATP, triathletes), weekend warriors, politicians, and the everyday Joe.
Janelle holds a certification in AFAA group fitness, Lagree Method and is CPR/AED-certified. She has competed in professional ballroom competitions and placed in the top six for national and local competitions. She also is a certified health coach.
Abigail's instinctual knowledge and passion for human anatomy and physiology makes you feel comfortable within the very first visit. She's dedicated almost a decade to learning human movement patterns and the corrective exercises that optimize them. Over her career, she has worked with clients that are experiencing pain and limitations of all kinds. Postural Alignment Therapy was the logical next step in her wellness career and she has been thriving at Egoscue of Westchester ever since she began. Her mission is to help others alleviate pain and increase functional mobility through The Egoscue Method.
Abigail earned her Bachelors from Boston University in 2003 and after a brief career in film and television attended classes at Focus Personal Training Institute in 2011.

Words cannot express my gratitude for the way Egoscue Westchester has positively affected my life. I hobbled into the clinic with severe back pain and two recommendations for surgery.
