While working as a personal trainer in a physical therapy clinic, Zac trained people who were recovering from injuries and pain. He saw that after they finished their physical therapy, most still had severe physical limitations and pain. When a professor introduced him to The Egoscue Method, Zac realized it was what these people needed. He became certified through the Egoscue Institute as a Postural Alignment Specialist so he could have the knowledge and skills to help others live pain-free lives. In 2014 Zac started working as an Advanced Exercise Therapist at the Portland Clinic. In January 2016 he opened the Egoscue clinic in Seattle.

The Egoscue Method was by and far the most effective body work I have practiced. I tried traditional physical therapy as well as yoga and acupuncture for my upper back and neck pain following a car accident. The Method was the only one that has significantly decreased the pain and stiffness. Zac is an amazing coach, very knowledgeable and easy-going.
I train and exercise six days a week at high volume and high intensity, and The Egoscue Method keeps me pain-free. Every aspect of my treatment was personalized to my needs, my symptoms, and my time parameters. Even when my symptoms changed and the time I could spend doing the exercises changed, Zac was able to modify exercises to meet my needs.
I’ve had back pain for a number of years. I had scoliosis in the thoracic and lumbar sections of my spine and the treatment for it, due to my age, was palliative pain control through the use of pain pills. I don't know how to express my joy, thanks, gratitude for Egoscue Seattle. Ever since my first visit I have seen improvements. I love to bowl and recently bowled three days in a row with minimum pain. One of my main goals was to be able to hold my great granddaughter. I can do that now and more.
