As an Egoscue Accredited Exercise Therapist and Master Instructor, Martin found Egoscue in 1999. Not only did The Egoscue Method teach him to pay attention to his body, it also defined his career path, inciting him to share the same potential with others who are afflicted with chronic pain.
An Egoscue Method Master Instructor, Kelly uses Egoscue methodology and her years of experience working with clients to assist in the transformation of their body and their life as a whole, providing fulfillment through pain-free living.

I could not straighten my injured left leg because of a "flap" on the torn meniscus. My doctor told me I needed surgery to correct the flap. But the pain was even worse in my right foot. I had plantar fasciitis and a bad bone spur on the heel. Every time I took a step, pain shot up my leg. Unbelievably, six Egoscue Portland visits later, the pain from my bone spur was completely gone and I could straighten the leg my doctor told me would be impossible without surgery.
