Meet the Team

Egoscue Therapists have one goal in mind—to help you get back to the life you want to live! Let's arrange for a meeting and end your chronic pain.

John Cattermole

John worked in physical therapy for 25 years, eventually becoming rehab coordinator of a chronic pain clinic. His goal was to get results that clients were unable to get elsewhere. Because of that pursuit, he crossed paths with The Egoscue Method. He began using the E-cises with his clients and discovered remarkable results. Seeing these results led John to learn, practice, and ultimately partner with The Method to become the owner and clinic director of Egoscue Phoenix. He no longer practices in physical therapy.

Billie Cattermole

Office Manager, AET

Billie has been a therapist at Egoscue Phoenix since July 2004. She began her career with The Egoscue Method as a client. Over the past 28 years, she worked in physical therapy. The Egoscue Method has enabled her to turn her passion for helping others into a career.

Liz Bueno

Clinic Director

Liz's Egoscue journey began when she became a client. The Egoscue Method was an eye-opener that changed her life and resolved her low-back pain. She decided to become an Egoscue therapist to help others on their healing journeys. Liz received a BA in business management entrepreneurship from the University of Phoenix.

Maria Townsend

Exercise Therapist

Maria found The Egoscue Method in 1996 when she used it to find complete pain relief from neck and arm pain due to a herniated disc. She was able to avoid surgery and return to running. Wanting to help others have the same experience, she became an Egoscue therapist

Caleb Cattermole

Exercise Therapist

Caleb earned a bachelors of science in exercise science from Grand Canyon University. After college he began working as a personal trainer, but always felt that something was missing from that process. He became a certified Posture Alignment Specialist with the desire of helping people of all ages and fitness levels find out how The Egoscue Method can help them live an active and pain-free lifestyle.

John Rachoy

Exercise Therapist

John received a degree in exercise science from Grand Canyon University. After graduating, he worked in a physical therapy clinic as a tech. He enjoyed helping people through exercise, but felt that physical therapy did not always address the cause of the problem. After learning about The Egoscue Method, he appreciated its goal to remedy the cause of dysfunction and not only chase the symptom. John then became a Postural Alignment Specialist and is eager to help people live more functional lives.

Pam Yellen

I tried many treatment methods, including chiropractic, osteopathy, deep tissue massage, topical creams, and more, without getting much long-lasting relief. I was willing to give The Egoscue Method a try, and the results were amazing.

Seven years ago a diagnosis revealed there was no cartilage in my right knee. I was devastated that my athletic career was finished. Shortly after, a friend highly recommended The Egoscue Method. I religiously did my E-cises every day, and the results were miraculous. My doctors had informed me that I would never run, bike, swim, or play tennis again. Now I do all of these. I cannot thank Egoscue enough, nor can several of my friends. The carefully crafted Egoscue Method DOES work. I recommend them to everyone.

At the age of 22, getting out of bed and moving was painful. I knew I definitely had a problem. I began reading Pain Free. I started the program and less than a week later, I could tell a difference. After about five weeks, I felt great.
