Meet the Team
Egoscue Therapists have one goal in mind—to help you get back to the life you want to live! Let's arrange for a meeting and end your chronic pain.

Kristen Thor
Clinic Owner/Director
Kristen has always been passionate about anatomy, posture, and function. She holds a bachelor's degree in exercise science from East Carolina University. Her expertise in kinesiology, anatomy, and how the body moves and works makes her an invaluable part of The Egoscue Method family of professionals. Kristen worked with Pete Egoscue in the Del Mar clinic for five years before opening her own clinic in Arlington in 2004.

Robert Baczynski
Exercise Therapist
Robert holds a bachelor’s degree in exercise science from Shenandoah University. Robert began learning about the Egoscue Method to help his family members who had been plagued with surgery after surgery and he knew there must be an alternative. He loves helping people learn how to work with and move their bodies. This allows for people to reach their maximum potential, whether it is being able to garden on their hands and knees all day, being able to swing a golf club without pain, or to take a simple walk.
Testimonials
Michelle Greenberg
I came to Kristen with severe back and neck pain. I had tried multiple treatments and was very discouraged. I have two young daughters and was struggling with daily tasks such as bathing them, picking them up, or sitting on the floor to play with them. Now three years later, I am not only performing and enjoying those activities, but I'm also playing tennis, taking spinning classes, and running.
Kate
Before I started The Egoscue Method, I was about to have my third back surgery, a spinal fusion. I was in so much pain that I couldn't think straight, let alone stand straight. Thankfully, I didn't have that surgery. Instead, The Egoscue Method helped me completely cure my back pain, neck pain, sinus issues, and more.

I did a challenging 10-mile hike up boulders on the Appalachian Trail and thought I would be unable to walk the next day. To my surprise, I did gardening, dragging things around, and raking and had no discomfort. I attribute this all to Egoscue. My hips seem to be aligned and strong.
