Kristen Thor

Clinic Owner/Director

Kristen has always been passionate about anatomy, posture, and function. She holds a bachelor's degree in exercise science from East Carolina University. Her expertise in kinesiology, anatomy, and how the body moves and works makes her an invaluable part of The Egoscue Method family of professionals. Kristen worked with Pete Egoscue in the Del Mar clinic for five years before opening her own clinic in Arlington in 2004.

Kristyn Young

The path to Kristyn’s career has been rich with opportunity and she is grateful for the experiences she has gained every step of the way. From the early age of 13 Kristyn was in and out of physical therapy clinics for an array of different joint issues, did acupuncture and chiropractic therapies, and had experienced shoulder surgery in the mix. Through those years her passion for helping others and becoming a therapist herself only grew stronger, and after graduating with a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science Kristyn began working as an exercise specialist in physical therapy clinics. She never realized what skill set she was missing until she discovered posture therapy, which has successfully realigned Kristyn’s body in ways she never knew she needed, and helped her to go through a pain free pregnancy and “easy” delivery and recovery process. This entire journey coupled with her years of knowledge gained in the Egoscue Method has prepared Kristyn to be a stronger, more effective, and dedicated therapist in order to help each person overcome their challenges and help them to reach their full potential in life.

Quade McQueary

Exercise Therapist

Quade has always been interested in the healthcare field. He holds a Bachelors’s degree in Applied Health and Safety Science from Montana Tech University. He had tried physical therapy, chiropractors, and acupuncture to alleviate pain but felt it never lasted long term. He heard about the Egoscue Method, and after researching what the Egoscue Method was, he was instantly hooked. Quade started doing Egoscue exercises and for the first time ever noticed the pain stayed away. He knew working as an Egoscue therapist was the career path for him to help others live a pain free lifestyle. He always thought there had to be better way to live pain free and found the answer with Egoscue.

Michelle Greenberg

I came to Kristen with severe back and neck pain. I had tried multiple treatments and was very discouraged. I have two young daughters and was struggling with daily tasks such as bathing them, picking them up, or sitting on the floor to play with them. Now three years later, I am not only performing and enjoying those activities, but I'm also playing tennis, taking spinning classes, and running.

Before I started The Egoscue Method, I was about to have my third back surgery, a spinal fusion. I was in so much pain that I couldn't think straight, let alone stand straight. Thankfully, I didn't have that surgery. Instead, The Egoscue Method helped me completely cure my back pain, neck pain, sinus issues, and more.

I did a challenging 10-mile hike up boulders on the Appalachian Trail and thought I would be unable to walk the next day. To my surprise, I did gardening, dragging things around, and raking and had no discomfort. I attribute this all to Egoscue. My hips seem to be aligned and strong.
