Cobra on Elbows

How to Perform this E-cise™

  1. Lying on your stomach propped up on your elbows. Allow your heels to drop out to the side with your toes together.
  2. Pull your hands away from each other, pivoting on your elbows. Allow your shoulder blades to collapse together as you continue to pull your hands apart.
  3. HOLD this position and remember to relax your buttocks muscles.

What this E-cise™ does

This exercise promotes proper lumbar extension through thoracic extension.
