How to Perform this E-cise™:

  1. Sit on the floor with your hands placed behind you at shoulder width, palms flat with fingers pointing forward
  2. Position your feet and knees straight and hip width apart
  3. Lift your hips up off the floor
    • Keep your feet and knees straight and do not let your knees spread apart
  4. Lift your body as high as you can, arching your back
  5. Hold as directed on your menu
