How to Perform this E-cise™

  1. Lie on your stomach, propped up on your hands, toes together and heels relaxed/dropped out to sides.
  2. Let your shoulder blades collapse together and keep your elbows extended.
    • Be sure to relax your buttocks muscles so that your heels drop out to sides.
    • Hold this position as directed on your menu.

Fun Facts

This exercise promotes proper lumbar extension through thoracic extension.
