Posture Correction Class - Looking to improve your posture, function and balance? Join us for flexibility and strengthening classes that help sculpt and reshape your body while improving function using Egoscue exercises. Classes are offered Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings at 8:00 AM.
Patch Fitness Class - Put the fun back into functional workouts! Patch Fitness classes at the Egoscue Clinic work by restoring proper function in a fitness program that focuses on your needs while addressing imbalances and overcoming limitations. The postural exercise techniques paired with the Patch training program greatly minimize the risk of injury while conditioning your body to reach its maximum potential.
Private Sports Camps - Private camps are offered for off-season training of teams or groups of athletes. The workouts are specifically tailored to your group and will increase your athleticism in a short period of time, by building a strong foundation to support movement efficiency and effectiveness.
