What to expect
You will receive individual and expert attention from The Egoscue Method® staff for analysis and relief of your pain condition. Your appointment will begin with a conversation about your reason for coming to Egoscue, followed by a postural assessment that will help formulate your specific treatment. This analysis will pin-point the structural causes of pain and lack of motion. You will then be taken through a series of egoscuecises, or "e-cises" to help eliminate the compensations and dysfunctions that are causing your symptom(s). After you have finished, you will be given a print-out of your e-cise "Menu" with the instructions for how to complete your Menu on your own. New clients will return on a weekly basis, receiving a new Menu each week, to continue the process of getting the body back to its original design blueprint and pain free. Comfortable, active clothes should be worn & you should expect to be at the clinic anywhere from 1-2 hours depending on your circumstances.

The Egoscue Home Video and Webcam Program has been helping clients from all over the globe achieve a pain free lifestyle for over 10 years now. Having your Egoscue therapy session over a video call is easy. All you need is a computer with a webcam and Skype Software for Mac and PC or iChat for Mac. You can download Skype at www.skype.com and create an account free of charge. When you're ready to schedule your appointment, call 914-509-5972 for available times. Then you will be able to have your posture assessed while talking face-to-face with a therapist. The in-clinic therapy session is recreated without you having to travel!
