Oscar graduated from San Francisco State University, earning a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology, with an emphasis in Exercise Science and Fitness. Oscar has been in the Health and Fitness Industry for over 15 years directing and developing personal training protocols in injury and rehabilitation for many Health Clubs in San Francisco and the Bay Area. Oscar believes there is a need for a balance of the body physically, in order to strengthen the mind spiritually. It was only after reading Pete Egoscue's book "PAIN FREE", that he came to the revelation that the Egoscue Method is the key to achieving this balance. Oscar has been an Egoscue exercise therapist for the San Francisco and Marin clinics. His clinical experience in the Egoscue Method rewarded him the opportunity to open the Egoscue Clinic in San Jose.

Angelica graduated from San Francisco State University, earning a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology, with an emphasis in Exercise Science and Fitness and a concentration in Sports Medicine/Athletic Training. She has always been fascinated by the body in sports performance and injury. Angelica credits The Egoscue Method for training and running the Big Sur Marathon pain free! She is blessed with the opportunity to work with her husband in sharing their passion for working with people.

Justine graduated from San Jose State University with a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology, with an emphasis in Exercise Science and Fitness. She is an Egoscue exercise therapist who applies her coaching style and philosophy of volleyball to her therapy. The Egoscue Method’s influence in athletics has helped her recognize the importance of correct posture, as it serves a purpose in preventing injury and promoting optimal performance. She enjoys staying active by continuing to coach and play volleyball, kick-box, and dance. The Egoscue Method has allowed her to be a part of a “pain free” family and experience priceless breakthroughs with clients, as they take responsibility for their health and work hard toward a pain free lifestyle.

Lisa graduated from Santa Clara University with a BS in psychology and is currently pursuing a master's degree from AT Still University in Human Movement and Kinesiology. Lisa is a certified personal trainer, corrective exercise specialist and sports nutritionist. Being a personal trainer, she recognizes the need to first bring the body into its natural alignment and then to strengthen. She strongly believes in The Egoscue Method first hand, as it has helped her clients to achieve results in the gym they never imagined possible. It has also allowed many of her clientele, friends and family to alleviate chronic pain they endured for years, as well as assisted others in preventing unnecessary surgeries and pain. She credits The Egoscue Method in allowing her to maintain correct posture and prevent injuries in the many sports she pursues including: surfing, snowboarding, yoga and running. She is very proud of recently qualifying for the Boston marathon.
