Why I do Egoscue: A note from Kitty, Egoscue Sacramento Clinic Owner
My background is wellness. At my core I hate to see people suffer, including myself, especially if that suffering is avoidable through lifestyle choices. I work hard to stay fit and healthy and have been a health educator and wellness advocate helping others to do the same for many years. Egoscue gave me the tools I needed to eliminate my bunion pain, sore hip, rotator cuff injuries, and knee pain. Egoscue did for me what no other exercise disciplines or medical modalities I tried could. I left my position as director of the City of Sacramento 50+ Wellness Program and opened the Egoscue Sacramento Clinic to help others learn the same tools I did. The bottom line: Egoscue works.
