What to expect during In-person Therapy
Your appointment will begin with a conversation about your reason for coming to Egoscue, followed by a postural assessment that will help formulate your specific treatment. This analysis will determine the structural causes of your pain and lack of motion.
Your Egoscue Method therapist will take you through a series of exercises (e-cises) to help eliminate the compensations and dysfunctions that are causing your symptom(s). Upon completion of your appointment, you will receive pictures, descriptions and online videos for each exercise in your Egoscue Menu.
It is your responsibility to do your e-cises daily until your next appointment. To continue the process of restoring the body to its original design blueprint, new clients return weekly, receiving a new Menu at each appointment. As the client's condition improves, the appointments will be spaced further apart.
At the conclusion of each session you will feel results, whether it's standing taller, feeling more centered and balanced, or symptom relief.

This package allows you to share your visits with anyone you choose, or you can use them all for yourself.
8-Visit Individual Program - $1495.00
This package is for one person - the visits cannot be shared with another client.

Skype Therapy
All you need is a computer with a webcam. For PC and Mac you can download a free copy of Skype at www.skype.com and create an account.
Skype appointments are treated just like in person visits. All the same packages above apply.
Email Therapy
Click on "Get Therapy Now" at the top right hand side of our page and get started by uploading your posture photos as instructed. After an analysis of your uploaded posture photos, you will receive a personalized menu of e-cises to eliminate your compensations and dysfunctions.

Contacting your therapist
We truly want to partner with you on your journey back to a pain free life. We want your progress to be swift and successful.
Your therapist will be contacting you between appointments to better your therapy experience, and we are always happy to make any changes you feel are needed to your current menu. We are available for 20 minute menu reviews, and you are always welcome to do your menu in the clinic and use our equipment. There is no additional charge for these services.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
The Egoscue Method of postural therapy is non-medical. We do not accept any type of insurance. We do accept all other forms of payment.
