I feel it is necessary for me to write you a letter to let you know how thankful I am to the Egoscue Method and to you personally for what you have done for me. I had endured almost constant neck pain since my early teenage years and it was becoming increasingly difficult to even make it through the day at work, but it wasn’t until I could no longer even wash my hair without it feeling like someone was stabbing me in the shoulder with an ice pick that I decided something had to be done about this. I could also see that my once extremely sharp karate techniques and katas were also starting to become compromised. I was literally falling apart at the ripe “old” age of 35. This all started to change the day that I came across Pete’s radio program. That night I checked out the Egoscue website and I decided to try the online therapy. I knew right away, after doing the menu that you prescribed to me for the very first time, that this was the beginning of the end for the pain that was trying to take over my body. Within only a couple of days of starting the therapy, my shoulder pain was reduced by 50 percent and by the end of the first two weeks, the pain was almost completely gone. You told me after two weeks to retake my pictures and get another menu, so I did. About a week into the second menu, the shoulder pain was completely non-existent. Since then, you have systematically attacked my posture problems with the precision of a SWAT team sniper and allowed my body to “unwind” itself from the hold that extremely tight muscles and pain had on it. Each new menu I received, I would wonder how it would be possible for you to get me feeling any better than I already did. It only takes me doing the new menu one time for me to see exactly what the job of that menu is going to be. It’s been my experience with most exercise programs that, as time goes on, the gains start to come in smaller and smaller increments. With the Egoscue Method, the exact opposite holds true. I found that as my posture improved, the amount of progress I made per menu increased dramatically. Since becoming a member of the Egoscue family many things have changed in my life. First and foremost, I am 100 percent pain free and have been for quite some time now. My posture is now near perfect and I now once again have endless energy like I did when I was a kid. The power, speed, and form of my Karate techniques is even better than when I was in my mid twenties. Once again Tim, I would like to thank you for getting me to the point where I live a “Life Without Limitations”.

I came into the clinic with a bad back and problems with my right shoulder. I have found that The Egoscue Method is the only method that works to get and keep your body in alignment. I feel the continued work with Tim and the daily menus will ultimately get rid of the pain entirely. The pain in my back has already decreased by 75% and the shoulder pain by 50%!!

Coming into the clinic I had severe lower back pain and spasms. I had tried two physical therapists, a chiropractor, massage therapy, and since nothing was working I was thinking about an operation. Since then, with the personal instruction given at Egoscue, my back pain has greatly subsided. The menus at each session are wonderful to work from because they are so thorough. Overall, I feel that The Egoscue Method is exceptional. The menus are very complete and the instructors are dedicated. After four months of work with The Egoscue Method my back is still improving greatly and I can finally play tennis again!
