Anu is an Advanced Exercise Therapist and Certified Egoscue Instructor through Egoscue University. Having worked with Pete Egoscue and the senior therapists at the Egoscue headquarters in San Diego, Anu is excited to share the benefits of the Method with the greater Rocky Mountain Region as the Owner and Director of the Boulder Clinic.
Anu holds a Master's degree in Peace and Justice Studies (Conflict Resolution) from the University of San Diego, where he worked on field projects based in Guatemala and Nepal. He has been a lifelong practitioner of yoga, which he learned from his mother, a yoga teacher for over 3 decades, and has worked in the health education, nutrition and fitness industries for many years. He enjoys playing guitar, basketball, rollerblading, water sports and nature hikes with his dog. For Anu it is an honor and a pleasure to be able to facilitate clients' healing and restoration of optimal functioning using the Egoscue Method.

Moriah is a student of Yoga at Naropa University and holds a certification at the highest international level to teach Hatha Yoga. She is passionate about healing and believes that the soothing of the body and soothing of the mind are one in the same. After growing up in Baltimore, Maryland and then spending several years doing peace work in North Carolina, she moved to Boulder to study with some of the world most renowned healing artists. When she is not at Egoscue, Moriah enjoy's playing piano, baking cakes, and making art.
Moriah is enthusiastic about the healing potential of Egoscue and strives to make the method accessible and enjoyable for everyone.

Laina is a recent Boulder transplant, originally hailing from Santa Cruz, California. After receiving her B.A. in Environmental Studies from Macalester College in St Paul, Minnesota, she jumped at the chance to return to southern India, first volunteering as a vegan chef in the international ecovillage of Auroville, and then completing a residential yoga teacher training course, receiving an internationally recognized certification to teach Vinyasa Yoga. Laina is passionate about exploring the connections between eating, food, the body, movement, and physical, emotional and mental health. She is currently studying Dynamic Eating Psychology and Mind-Body Nutrition at the Institute for the Psychology of Eating, located here in Boulder. As a dancer and yoga practitioner, Laina is thrilled to be learning even more about the body's inherent wisdom and natural healing mechanisms by diving into the world of Egoscue.
