How to Perform this E-cise™:
Squeeze and release your shoulders/shoulder blades backward so that they come together then release them. It is very important to not raise the shoulders. It should be like squeezing the shoulder blades together and down simultaneously. Remember to keep your feet pointed straight ahead.
What this E-cise™ does:
This exercise promotes proper scapular position and thoracic extension
