How to Perform this E-cise
- Start with your body off the ground in the push-up position
- Your hands should be slightly wider than your shoulders, and your toes should be curled under.
- Keep your arms locked out straight.
- Keep your thighs tight, your knees straight, and your hips up.
- Collapse your shoulder blades together and hold them together throughout the push-up
- Bend your elbows straight out to the sides on the way down
- Do not let your hips sway downward.
- Push yourself back up to the start position
- Repeat as directed on your menu.
