How to Perform this E-cise™:
Lie on your back with your knees bent and your feet pointed straight. Place a pillow between your knees and lightly keep pressure into the pillow throughout the entire exercise. With your upper body relaxed, lift your hips up off the floor and slowly lower them back down to the floor. REPEAT.
What this E-cise™ does:
This exercise promotes proper bilateral extension of pelvis and spine.
