Description
  1. Start on your hands and knees
  2. Look straight ahead and lift your knees up off the floor so your buttocks/hips are in the air (higher than your shoulders)
  3. Keep your knees off the floor and your hips up while crawling forward
    • Try not to let your hips move from side to side
    • Remember to move your knees straight ahead toward your chest as you crawl forward, not out to the sides
    • Keep your hands shoulder width apart
  4. Repeat as directed on your menu
