Bear Crawls

How to Perform this E-cise™:
Start on your hands and knees. Look straight ahead and lift your knees up off the floor so your buttocks/hips are in the air. Keep your knees off the floor and your hips up while crawling forward not touching your knees to the floor. Try not to let your hips move side to side and remember to track your knees straight ahead toward your chest as you crawl forward. REPEAT
