Description
Start on your hands and knees
Look straight ahead and lift your knees up off the floor so your buttocks/hips are in the air (higher than your shoulders)
Keep your knees off the floor and your hips up while crawling forward
Try not to let your hips move from side to side
Remember to move your knees straight ahead toward your chest as you crawl forward, not out to the sides
Keep your hands shoulder width apart
Repeat as directed on your menu
